All circles and executive platforms are owned and produced by GBX Circle.

Who Operates the platforms?

AIO, MEVO, CEVO Circle, RDX Circle and DDI Circle are produced and owned by GBX Circle.

Strategic partnerships, sponsorship and Circle membership are managed directly by GBX Circle.

Who Manages Delegate Registration?

Delegate registration for all Circle forums is managed by GBX Events, an authorised ticketing partner.

GBX Events is a separate company licensed to sell delegate passes on behalf of GBX Circle.

GBX Circle manages all partnerships directly.

Refunds and Cancellations

All delegate registration sales are final.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of GBX Events. Requests must be submitted in writing to events@gbxcircle.com at least 30 days prior to the event.

Substitutions

Delegates may transfer their registration to a colleague by notifying GBX Events in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.

Event Cancellation

If a forum is cancelled by GBX Circle, registered delegates will receive a full refund or credit toward a future Circle forum at their discretion.

Event Postponement

If a forum is postponed, registrations will automatically transfer to the revised date. Delegates unable to attend the revised date may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoiced registrations must be settled within 14 days of invoice date or prior to the event, whichever is sooner.

GBX Events reserves the right to withhold access to delegates with outstanding balances.

Terms of Attendance

By registering for a GBX Circle forum, you agree to the following:

Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

GBX Circle reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or in breach of these terms.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Content and Programme

Programme content, speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

GBX Circle will endeavour to notify registered delegates of material changes.

Changes to the programme do not entitle delegates to a refund.

Recording and Media

Photography, filming and audio recording may take place during Circle forums.

Attendance constitutes consent to appear in recorded materials used for promotional, editorial or archival purposes.

Delegates may not record sessions without prior written consent from GBX Circle.

Liability

GBX Circle is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with attendance.

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. GBX Circle accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

GBX Circle's total liability in connection with any forum shall not exceed the registration fee paid.

Health and Safety

Delegates must comply with venue health and safety requirements.

GBX Circle reserves the right to implement health protocols as required by venue, local authority or government guidance.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding and programme designs associated with AIO, MEVO, CEVO Circle, RDX Circle and DDI Circle are the intellectual property of GBX Circle.

Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

The names AIO, MEVO, CEVO Circle, RDX Circle, DDI Circle and GBX Circle are trading names and trademarks of GBX Circle Ltd.

Data Controller

GBX Circle Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected in connection with Circle forums.

GBX Events Ltd acts as a data processor for registration data on behalf of GBX Circle.

Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

Communications and preferences

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for up to 3 years following your last interaction with GBX Circle, unless you request deletion earlier.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time.

The GBX Circle website uses cookies to analyse traffic and improve user experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GBX Circle provides forums on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding content, speakers or outcomes.

GBX Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from attendance or inability to attend.

GBX Circle's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the delegate for the relevant forum.

Force Majeure

GBX Circle shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic

Government action, regulation or guidance

War, terrorism or civil unrest

Venue unavailability

Speaker cancellation

In such circumstances, GBX Circle may postpone, reschedule or cancel forums without liability beyond the refund or credit of registration fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Circle Membership

What is Circle Membership?

Circle Membership provides ongoing access to the GBX Circle community, forums and resources. Membership is managed directly by GBX Circle.

Membership Benefits

Benefits vary by membership tier and may include:

Priority access to Circle forums
Complimentary or discounted delegate passes
Access to member-only content and resources
Invitations to exclusive roundtables and dinners
Access to the Circle network and introductions
Early access to programmes and speaker announcements

Specific benefits are detailed in your membership agreement.

Eligibility

Circle Membership is by application or invitation only. GBX Circle reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.

Membership Term

Memberships are offered on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed.

The membership term begins on the date of activation and renews automatically unless cancelled.

Membership Fees

Fees are confirmed at the time of application and outlined in your membership agreement.

Payment is required in advance. Annual memberships must be paid in full or by agreed instalment schedule.

Renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term.

GBX Circle will notify members at least 30 days prior to renewal. Members may cancel renewal by providing written notice before the renewal date.

Cancellation

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Members may cancel future renewal at any time by providing written notice to membership@gbxcircle.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current membership term. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of membership.

Termination

GBX Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time for:

Breach of these terms or membership agreement
Conduct that is disruptive, inappropriate or damaging to the Circle community
Non-payment of fees

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Circle Advisory

What is Circle Advisory?

Circle Advisory provides strategic advisory services for leadership teams across life sciences, biotechnology and advanced industries.

Services

Advisory engagements may include:

Operational strategy and transformation
Market positioning and growth planning
Leadership alignment and executive facilitation
Programme design and content development
Partnership and ecosystem strategy

Scope, deliverables and fees are defined in individual advisory agreements.

Engagement Terms

Advisory engagements are contracted directly with GBX Circle.

All engagements are subject to a signed Statement of Work or Advisory Agreement prior to commencement.

Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and outlined in the advisory agreement.

Payment terms are typically:

Retainer engagements: Monthly in advance
Project engagements: 50% on commencement, 50% on completion
Day-rate engagements: Invoiced monthly in arrears

Alternative arrangements may be agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate an advisory engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

Confidentiality

All advisory engagements are subject to mutual confidentiality.

GBX Circle will not disclose client information without prior written consent. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies, frameworks or materials provided by GBX Circle.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner
Deliverables created specifically for the client become client property upon full payment
GBX Circle retains the right to use general knowledge, skills and experience gained during engagements
