What is GBX Circle?
GBX Circle builds the rooms, curates the programmes and fosters memberships for invite-only leadership forums across life sciences and emerging sectors. We are the strategic and creative force behind every forum.
What does GBX Circle do?
Three things. We build closed, senior-level forums where leaders with real operational responsibility convene. We curate every programme around strategic relevance and operational depth. And we foster long-standing memberships that sustain these communities beyond a single forum.
What is the relationship between GBX Circle and GBX Events?
GBX Circle builds. GBX Events opens the door. GBX Events is a separate company licensed to manage delegate registration on behalf of GBX Circle. Strategic partnerships, sponsorship and membership are managed directly by GBX Circle.
Are GBX Circle and GBX Events the same company?
No. GBX Circle Ltd and GBX Events Ltd are separate legal entities. GBX Circle owns and produces all forums. GBX Events manages delegate registration and access for leaders without membership.

Which forums does GBX Circle produce?
AIO (Advanced Intelligence in Operations), MEVO (Meat Evolution Summit), CEVO (Clinical Evolution), RDX (R&D Excellence) and DDI (Drug Discovery and Intelligence). All are owned and produced by GBX Circle.
What makes a GBX Circle forum different?
Every forum is closed with a controlled delegate list. 90%+ of attendees operate at VP level or above. Speakers, attendees and agenda are selected for strategic relevance, not scale. The focus is alignment and action.
Where do forums take place?
London. Specific venue details are shared with confirmed delegates.
Who attends?
Senior leaders with real operational responsibility. Decision-makers, not delegates. The rooms are built for people who shape the direction of their industries.
Can the programme change?
Programme content, speakers and scheduling are subject to change. We will notify registered delegates of material changes. Changes to the programme do not entitle delegates to a refund.
Who owns the forum brands?
The names AIO, MEVO, CEVO Circle, RDX Circle, DDI Circle and GBX Circle are trading names and trademarks of GBX Circle Ltd. All content, materials, branding and programme designs are the intellectual property of GBX Circle.
ATTENDING A FORUM
Registration and Access
How do I attend a forum?
Circle members receive priority access through their membership. For leaders without membership, delegate registration is managed by our partner GBX Events. Visit gbxevents.co.uk to express interest or request an invitation.
Who manages registration?
All delegate registration is managed by GBX Events, an authorised ticketing partner. GBX Events is a separate company licensed to sell delegate passes on behalf of GBX Circle. For ticket enquiries: events@gbxcircle.com
When is payment required?
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoiced registrations must be settled within 14 days of invoice date or prior to the forum, whichever is sooner.
Can I get a refund?
All delegate registration sales are final. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of GBX Events. Requests must be submitted in writing to events@gbxcircle.com at least 30 days prior to the forum.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes. Notify GBX Events in writing at least 7 days prior to the forum. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.
What happens if a forum is cancelled?
Registered delegates will receive a full refund or credit toward a future forum at their discretion.
What happens if a forum is postponed?
Registrations automatically transfer to the revised date. Delegates unable to attend may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
TERMS OF ATTENDANCE
On the Day
What is expected of delegates?
Professional and respectful conduct throughout. GBX Circle reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or in breach of these terms. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Will forums be recorded?
Photography, filming and audio recording may take place. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in recorded materials used for promotional, editorial or archival purposes.
Can I record sessions myself?
Not without prior written consent from GBX Circle.
Are there health and safety requirements?
Delegates must comply with venue health and safety requirements. GBX Circle reserves the right to implement additional health protocols as required by venue, local authority or government guidance.
Is GBX Circle liable for travel or accommodation?
No. Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and personal belongings. GBX Circle accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP
Membership
What is Circle Membership?
A standing relationship with GBX Circle and the communities we build. Membership provides ongoing access to forums, advisory networks and resources. It is managed directly by GBX Circle.
What does membership include?
Benefits vary by tier and may include priority access to forums, complimentary or discounted delegate passes, member-only content and resources, invitations to roundtables and dinners, access to the Circle network and introductions, and early access to programmes and speaker announcements. Specific benefits are detailed in your membership agreement.
Who is eligible?
Membership is by application or invitation only. GBX Circle reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.
How do I apply?

What is the membership term?
Annual, unless otherwise agreed. The term begins on the date of activation and renews automatically unless cancelled.
How much does membership cost?
Fees are confirmed at the time of application and outlined in your membership agreement. Payment is required in advance. Annual memberships must be paid in full or by agreed instalment schedule.
How does renewal work?
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term. We will notify you at least 30 days prior to renewal. Cancel by providing written notice before the renewal date.
Can I cancel my membership?
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal at any time by providing written notice to membership@gbxcircle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. No partial refunds are issued.
Can my membership be terminated?
GBX Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of terms, conduct that is disruptive or damaging to the community, or non-payment of fees. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
CIRCLE ADVISORY
Advisory Services
What is Circle Advisory?
Strategic advisory services for leadership teams across life sciences, biotechnology and advanced industries. Contracted directly with GBX Circle.
What services are available?
Engagements may include operational strategy and transformation, market positioning and growth planning, leadership alignment and executive facilitation, programme design and content development, and partnership and ecosystem strategy. Scope, deliverables and fees are defined in individual agreements.
How are engagements structured?
All engagements are subject to a signed Statement of Work or Advisory Agreement prior to commencement.
What are the payment terms?
Fees are agreed in advance. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance. Project engagements are typically 50% on commencement and 50% on completion. Day-rate engagements are invoiced monthly in arrears. Alternative arrangements may be agreed in writing.
Can an advisory engagement be cancelled?
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.
Is advisory work confidential?
All engagements are subject to mutual confidentiality. GBX Circle will not disclose client information without prior written consent. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies, frameworks or materials provided by GBX Circle.
Who owns the deliverables?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner. Deliverables created specifically for the client become client property upon full payment. GBX Circle retains the right to use general knowledge, skills and experience gained during engagements.

Can I sponsor or partner with a forum?
We welcome strategic partnerships that align with the depth and standard of our forums. All partnerships and sponsorships are managed directly by GBX Circle.
Does GBX Events manage partnerships?
No. GBX Events manages delegate registration only. Contact partnerships@gbxcircle.com for all partnership and sponsorship enquiries.
DATA AND PRIVACY
How We Handle Your Information
Who controls my data?
GBX Circle Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected in connection with forums, membership and advisory services. GBX Events Ltd acts as a data processor for registration data on behalf of GBX Circle.
What data is collected?
Name, job title, company and contact details. Dietary and accessibility requirements. Payment information, processed securely via third-party providers. Communications and preferences.
How is my data used?
To process registration and deliver forum services. To manage membership and advisory relationships. To communicate updates and relevant opportunities from GBX Circle and partners, with your consent. To improve our forums and services.
Who has access to my data?
GBX Events for registration and delegate management only. Venue and service providers for operational delivery. Sponsors and partners with your consent only. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long is my data retained?
Up to 3 years following your last interaction with GBX Circle, unless you request deletion earlier.
What are my rights?

LEGAL
Terms and Liability
What is the liability position?
GBX Circle provides forums on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties regarding content, speakers or outcomes. GBX Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant forum, membership or advisory engagement.
What constitutes force majeure?
Circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, venue unavailability or speaker cancellation. In such circumstances, GBX Circle may postpone, reschedule or cancel forums without liability beyond the refund or credit of registration fees.
What is the intellectual property position?
All content, materials, branding and programme designs are the intellectual property of GBX Circle. The names AIO, MEVO, CEVO Circle, RDX Circle, DDI Circle and GBX Circle are trading names and trademarks of GBX Circle Ltd. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Which law governs these terms?
The laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
